Complaint-Management

The young people in our care have the opportunity to contact an Ombudsman within the framework of a complaint management system of the Open Door GmbH.
 
They can do this either by phone, email, letter or fax. Also, confidential conversations with a youth therapist of the Open Door GmbH can be conducted to achieve a solution to the problem.
 
The discussed topics will be treated confidentially within the framework of data protection. The one employee who deals with the particular complaint seeks holistic solutions and ensures himself/herself of further developments after a reasonable period.
